All estimates are based on the information provided and may change after an in-person inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance. Emergency services are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Warranty
We offer a workmanship warranty on most services. This covers only the labor we provide and not customer-supplied parts or issues unrelated to our work. Warranty terms will be specified on your invoice.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, HD Plumbers is not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or faults in materials not supplied by us.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure safe access to the work area and disclose any relevant plumbing history. It is your responsibility to remove personal items and provide a safe working environment.
